The Continuing Dilemma of Ductal Carcinoma in Situ
The optimal management of breast cancer has rapidly evolved. A multidisciplinary team of medical, surgical and radiation oncologists along with pathologists, plastic surgeons, genetics counselors and radiologists are routinely involved in treatment planning for individuals diagnosed with breast cancer. In addition, with the emergence of prevention and early detection strategies, women at high risk of developing breast cancer are now evaluated for medical therapies, surgical options and lifestyle changes that may reduce their risk of developing breast cancer.
The 16th Annual Lynn Sage Breast Cancer Symposium provides formal presentations as well as ample opportunity for interdisciplinary audience response case discussions. The Symposium is geared toward practitioners treating breast cancer patients.
