Registrants may check in for the conference on the 7th floor of the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile on Wednesday, September 21 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. or beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 22. Walk-in registrations are also welcome beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 22.
Registrants will be able to view and/or download general session PowerPoint presentations via the Lynn Sage Breast Cancer Symposium website the week before the symposium and view updated presentations during and after the live presentations.
Registration fees less a $50 administrative handling fee are refundable if a written request is received on or before August 30, 2022. Please include your registration ID number when requesting a refund. No refunds will be granted after August 30, 2022; however, you may transfer your registration to a colleague. No refunds will be given for lunch.
